BlueView Talent in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering personalised support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services. You will assist via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels to understand needs and provide efficient solutions.

The role requires Hebrew (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and a proactive, detail-oriented attitude.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Hebrew (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency is required.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in the Travel field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear information.
• Handle questions, complaints and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
