Job summary

CloserHire is partnering with a leading international company to recruit Hebrew-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a digital advertising support project in Lisbon. You will provide B2B support to advertisers, helping optimize campaigns and resolve technical issues across chat, email, and phone.

Day to day you will handle multi-channel inquiries, deliver personalized white-glove support, assist with troubleshooting, and ensure high customer satisfaction while contributing to business

Qualifications

• Hebrew (advanced) and good English skills required.
• Experience in customer support, tech support, or digital advertising support is a plus.
• Ability to handle high-volume queries and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide B2B support to advertisers across channels (chat, email, phone).
• Resolve technical issues and guide clients on using advertising tools.
• Deliver pre- and post-sales assistance for self-service products and report issues.
• Identify trends and help SMB clients optimize campaigns while maintaining high satisfaction.
