Job summary

Randstad Portugal is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to optimize GTM strategy and drive revenue growth through operational excellence in Lisbon. This hybrid role partners with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and empower data-driven decision making.

You will leverage advanced Excel and analytics tools to improve visibility, support leadership, and scale systems across the organization while delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations or revenue operations.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate operations.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GTM processes and manage operational workflows.
• Partner with Customer Solution Managers, Partner teams, and Ecosystem leaders.
• Collaborate with leadership to standardize and scale systems and processes.
• Leverage data to improve visibility and drive revenue and profitability.
• Support continuous transformation and GTM initiatives across teams.
