Randstad Portugal is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to optimize GTM strategy and drive revenue growth through operational excellence in Lisbon. This hybrid role partners with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and empower data-driven decision making.

You will leverage advanced Excel and analytics tools to improve visibility, support leadership, and scale systems across the organization while delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations or revenue operations.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate operations.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.

Randstad Portugal is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join an international project supporting our global client, SAP. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, enhancing operational efficiency, and empowering cross-functional teams with data-driven decision-making. Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Go-to-Market (GTM) Process Oversight: Manage key business processes and lead GTM operational workflows;
• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Support: Act as a strategic partner to Customer Solution Managers, Partner teams, and Ecosystem leaders;
• Operational Excellence & Scalability: Collaborate with Senior Leadership to simplify, standardize, and scale systems and operational frameworks;
• Data-Driven Business Insights: Leverage data to increase operational visibility, contributing directly to revenue generation and profitability goals;
• Continuous Transformation: Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and support GTM transformation strategies across teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field (preferred);
• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations Analyst or Revenue Operations roles;
• Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of corporate operations;
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency across MS Office tools;
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools is considered a strong advantage;
• Professional fluency inEnglish (proficiency in French, Italian, or other European languages is a plus).
