Job summary

Jobgether, based in Portugal, is partnering to hire a GTM Operations Manager to optimize systems and workflows uniting Sales, Marketing and Customer Growth. You will own end-to-end GTM processes, build automations, and drive data quality across CRM and marketing tools in a remote-first, international environment.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, define success metrics, implement AI-powered workflows, and develop dashboards that reveal handoffs, campaign performance and data

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on go-to-market, revenue, marketing, sales, or customer operations experience with practical improvements.
• Familiarity with Salesforce objects, relationships, fields, flows, and data management; ability to customize systems.

Responsibilities

• Own selected go-to-market workflows end-to-end; define success metrics and drive improvements.
• Optimize lead/account handoffs with data enrichment, routing, and follow-up processes.
• Support lifecycle programs with segmentation, triggers, data sync, QA, and performance measurement.
• Maintain reliable data flows across CRM, marketing automation, lifecycle, and product-usage systems.
• Build, test, and monitor automations; coordinate changes with system owners.
