As part of an internal international project, we are seeking a Business Support Specialist. You will collaborate closely with Senior Business Partners to streamline GTM processes, enhance data transparency, and drive scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee GTM activities and provide operational support to Customer Solution Managers and Ecosystem teams;
• Standardize systems and processes to improve organizational efficiency;
• Enable data-driven decision-making to hit revenue and profitability targets;
• Facilitate continuous improvement and GTM transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations or similar Business Partner role;
• Strong business acumen and analytical mindset;
• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory);
• Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
