Concentrix is seeking a Greek-speaking Customer Service Representative for its global e-commerce client in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will support various social media areas and work to improve customer service quality by investigating and resolving issues reported by users.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Greek and English, hold at least a college degree, and have experience in the call center or service industry. The position offers a competitive salary, career development programs, and full paid training.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Greek (C1) and English (B2), both verbal and written.
• Minimum education qualification of a college degree or equivalent diploma.
• Experience working with call center (voice and non-voice) and service industry.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers, sellers, and customers.
• Drive overall Customer Satisfaction metrics and service quality.
• Ensure adherence to service levels across channels.

Conhecimentos

Fluent in Greek (C1)

Strong understanding of e-commerce
