Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Greek Customer Specialist to support customers during their online shopping journey, addressing inquiries about orders, products, payments, deliveries, and returns while maintaining high-quality service. You will help with order placement, tracking and post-purchase support, provide product guidance, and ensure timely follow-up.

Fluency in Greek (C1/C2) and English (B2) is required, with EU citizenship or Portuguese residency being eligible to work in

Qualifications

• Language proficiency in Greek (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Experience in content moderation or related analytical roles is desirable.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, chat, or email with inquiries related to orders, products, payments, shipping, and returns.
• Support customers throughout the purchasing journey, including order placement, tracking, and post-purchase support.
• Identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide clear information about products, availability, and promotions.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary and ensure timely follow-up.
