Concentrix is hiring a Content Moderator (Greek-Speaking) in Lisbon, Portugal, to support global e-commerce brands. You will review content, enforce guidelines, and help improve service quality while working on-site in a dynamic, multilingual environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Greek (C1) and English (B2) with strong moderation skills.
• Experience in moderation services for e-commerce platforms.
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and online content policies.

Responsabilidades

• Review contents within latency service levels and quality standards.
• Address reported issues within turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate issues to the client per MSA and knowledge base.
• Monitor user behavior and enforce platform policies consistently.
• Apply guidelines to diverse content scenarios and handle sensitive issues.
