Concentrix in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (German‑Speaking) for our global e‑commerce project. The role is on‑site in Lisbon, supporting clients across social platforms and ensuring adherence to service guidelines.

You will resolve issues, track CS metrics, and maintain high service levels, with training provided and opportunities for career development. Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2) is required, along with a college degree and experience in a call

Qualificações

• Fluent in German (C1) in speaking and writing.
• Fluent in English (B2) in speaking and writing.
• Minimum education: college degree or equivalent diploma.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce.
• Experience in a call center (voice and non‑voice) and the service industry.
• Available for 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Familiar with social media products and basic digital advertising.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers, sellers, customers, and creators, including checking order and logistics status.
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and uphold quality standards.
• Escalate issues to the client per MSA and SOW on the knowledge base.
• Track and drive Customer Satisfaction metrics, providing regular updates across touchpoints.
• Maintain service levels across channels and contribute to fast resolution times for end customers.
