Job summary

Bosch Service Solutions in Lisbon is seeking a GS People Service Project Administrator to handle personnel administration, position management, and reorganization support within a centralized HR service unit.

You will maintain positions and org structures in EC, coordinate with HR teams, and ensure data accuracy across HR systems while collaborating globally. Fluent English is required and a hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, HR, information systems or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP HR (OM/PM) and Employee Central.
• Understanding HR IT landscape (EC, COMPAS, LHR).
• Experience in personnel administration and organizational management.
• Proficiency with automation workflows (KNIME, PowerAutomate).
• Stakeholder communication with Project Managers and HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Position management: create and modify positions in EC.
• Organizational structure maintenance in EC aligned to business needs.
• Maintain payroll attributes and account assignment information.
• Collaborate with local HR Service teams and HR Business Partners.
• Work with colleagues and managers to support reorganization projects.
