Job summary

Bosch Service Solutions S.A. in Lisbon seeks a GBS People Services Project Administrator to perform personnel administration and maintain positions and organizational structures in our global system.

You will support the smooth execution of reorganization projects across our global HR services. Key tasks include creating/modifying positions in EC, updating organizational hierarchies, and coordinating with local HR Service teams and HR Business Partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, HR, information systems or a comparable field, or relevant vocational training with additional qualifications.
• Experience in personnel administration, focusing on position and organizational management.
• Strong understanding of HR IT landscape (EC, COMPAS, LHR) and system interdependencies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP HR (OM/PM) / Employee Central.
• Experience with automation workflows (e.g., KNIME, PowerAutomate).

Responsibilities

• Create and modify positions in EC, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update the organizational structure within EC.
• Check and maintain local and payroll-related attributes and account assignment information.
• Collaborate with local HR Service teams and HR Business Partners on reorganization efforts.
• Work with HR colleagues, employees and managers to support reorganization projects.
