Job summary

Bosch Service Solutions in Lisbon seeks an experienced Automation & AI Lead to manage end-to-end use cases, from idea through rollout, in a global, collaborative HR IT environment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, and drive continuous improvement across processes and systems. Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree required in a technical field.
• Several years of professional experience in Automation, AI, Software Development, Solution Design, or Business Process Optimization.
• Proven experience in leading automation and/or AI projects from concept through implementation.
• Experience mentoring and developing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage automation and AI use cases end-to-end from idea to rollout.
• Plan and coordinate projects with scope, milestones, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate processes into automation use cases.
• Coordinate business and technical stakeholders through the project lifecycle.
• Assess opportunities considering value, feasibility, and scalability.
• Translate requirements into functional/technical specs and ensure alignment.
• Facilitate workshops to define approaches and requirements.
• Support HR IT landscape understanding and integration decisions.
• Lead pilots, tests, and transition to production operations.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations.
