Qualificações

• University degree in a technical field as listed.
• Several years in Automation, AI, software development, or process optimization.
• Proven experience leading automation/AI projects and mentoring teams.
• Experience with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Automation Specialists and Developers with resource planning.
• Identify automation/AI opportunities across HR processes with stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions including AI/ML integration.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with international stakeholders to define roadmaps.
• Coordinate collaboration among Analysts, Developers, partners, and teams.
• Evaluate Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered assistants for HR use cases.
• Drive PoCs/pilots and transition successful solutions to production.
• Contribute to architecture decisions ensuring scalable, secure HR IT solutions.
• Identify AI-related risks and implement mitigations.
• Monitor impact and continuously seek improvements.
