Bosch Service Solutions S.A. in Lisbon seeks an associate to support HR data management, data accuracy, and documentation. This entry-level role offers exposure to data handling, process documentation, and basic IT tool testing within a global technology group.

You will work on maintaining employee records, supporting reporting, and contributing to data quality improvements while collaborating with HR partners and colleagues across locations. This position is based on-site in Lisbon.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree minimum; HR or related field is a plus.
• Strong administrative tasks and software tools proficiency required.
• Solid MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Effective problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented approach.
• Strong customer focus and collaboration skills; well-organized with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage employee personal data and documentation with accuracy.
• Input and update data into the HR system and verify changes.
• Support creation and updating of process manuals and basic reporting.
• Perform data quality checks and help fix discrepancies.
• Assist with system testing and training for new IT tools.
