Bosch in Lisbon is seeking a GBS People Services Associate for HR Basic to support employee data accuracy, maintenance and system testing. You will work on data management, documentation, and process improvements while learning HR data management.

This role offers hybrid work, health insurance on site, training opportunities and career progression within a diverse, global team. Strong MS Office skills and English language are required to succeed.

Formación

• Proficiency in administrative tasks and software tools.
• Solid MS Office tools knowledge (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Data Management: Manage and validate employee personal data changes.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create and update process manuals and perform basic reporting.
• Data Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks, identify gaps and correct discrepancies.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for minor enhancements and support implementation.
• Problem-Solving: Identify data discrepancies and report issues using structured methods.
• Project Involvement: Support transfer of new processes and assist with IT tool testing and training.
• System Testing: Participate in testing during upgrades and provide feedback.
• Customer Service: Provide support to internal stakeholders as directed.
• Team Contribution: Help the team achieve department targets and participate in training.
