Job summary

Career Nest Academy in Porto, Portugal is recruiting a German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist for an international project with a well-known global brand in the Sports & Leisure E-Commerce sector. The role is full-time (40 hrs/week) with on-site / hybrid options, offering a base salary of €950–€1,400 per month plus performance and attendance bonuses.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve orders and returns, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German (C1/C2)
• Proficient English for internal communication
• Strong written and verbal communication with customer focus
• Experience in customer service or ecommerce is a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and digital back-office channels with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, product inquiries, returns, and issue resolution.
• Address feedback, claims, and objections constructively to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Navigate multiple CRM platforms and internal IT tools efficiently.
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude reflecting the sports and outdoor brand.
