The Career Nest is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international project in Porto, Portugal. The role is full-time with rotational shifts, offering a hybrid on-site/work-from-office model and a monthly salary package with bonuses.

You will handle inquiries via multiple channels, support orders and deliveries, and maintain high customer satisfaction through empathy and problem solving. Fluency in German and good English are required.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German skills (C1/C2).
• Good level of English for internal communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-centric mindset.
• Solid computer literacy and familiarity with digital platforms.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or e-commerce is a plus.
• Valid work authorization for Portugal (EU citizenship or valid residency).
• No relocation; candidate must live around Porto.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and digital back-office channels with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, product inquiries, returns, and issue resolution.
• Address feedback, claims, and objections constructively to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Navigate multiple CRM platforms and internal IT tools efficiently.
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude reflective of the brand.
