Job summary

Career Nest Academy is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist in Porto, Portugal, to join an international project for a well-known global brand in the Sports & Leisure E-Commerce sector. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with a on-site/hybrid model and requires native or near-native German (C1/C2) and good English skills.

The office is centrally located near Metro Trindade. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and back-office channels, assist with orders,

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German (C1/C2) is required.
• Good English for internal team communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid computer literacy and familiarity with digital platforms.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or e-commerce is a plus.
• Valid work authorization for Portugal (EU citizenship or valid residency).
• No relocation; reside near Porto.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and digital back-office channels with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, product inquiries, returns, and issue resolution.
• Address feedback, claims, and objections to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Navigate multiple CRM platforms and internal IT tools efficiently.
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude reflecting the brand.
