The Career Nest is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international project in the Sports & Leisure E-Commerce sector. Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site / Hybrid). Employment: Full-time (40 hrs/week, rotational shifts).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and digital channels with empathy and professionalism.

• Address feedback, claims, and objections to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Navigate multiple CRM platforms and internal IT tools efficiently.
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude reflecting the brand.
