The Career Nest is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist in Porto, Portugal. The role combines on-site and hybrid work with a well-known sports & leisure brand, offering a 40-hour work week and rotational shifts. Language requirements ensure native-level German and strong English for team communication.

You will assist customers with orders and inquiries, manage returns, and use CRM tools to resolve issues promptly, contributing to a positive brand experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English for internal communication.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality or e-commerce is advantageous.
• Residence around Porto and valid work authorization for Portugal (EU citizenship or work permit).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and digital back-office channels with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, product inquiries, returns, and issue resolution.
• Address feedback, claims, and objections to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Navigate multiple CRM platforms and internal IT tools efficiently.
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude reflecting the brand spirit.
