You will work on-site in central Porto with a hybrid option, and participate in a training program. Fluent German (C1/C2) and English are required, plus strong communication, empathy, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German (C1/C2) level is mandatory.
• Good communicative level of English for internal team communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication; empathetic and customer-centric mindset.
• Solid computer literacy and familiarity with digital platforms.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or e-commerce is advantageous (open to entry-level with the right attitude).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and digital channels with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, product inquiries, returns, and issue resolution.
