Job summary

Career Nest Academy in Portugal is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international project for a well-known global brand in Sports & Leisure E-Commerce. The role is Porto-based with a hybrid on-site model, full-time 40 hours per week, and a competitive monthly salary.

You will handle inbound queries via phone, email and digital channels, assist with orders, deliveries, returns and issue resolution, and work across CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German (C1/C2)
• English proficiency for internal communication
• Empathetic, customer-centric mindset
• Strong computer literacy and CRM familiarity
• EU citizenship or residency for Portugal

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and digital back-office channels with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, product inquiries, returns, and issue resolution.
• Address feedback, claims, and objections constructively to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Navigate multiple CRM platforms and internal IT tools efficiently.
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude reflecting the sports & leisure brand.
