Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a German Speaking Support Specialist to join our Sofia-based team. You will deliver high-quality support via phone, email, and live chat, document interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with international colleagues to optimize processes for German-speaking markets.

The role requires native or fluent German, excellent communication, and willingness to relocate to Bulgaria. A competitive salary with a relocation package and signing bonus is offered.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Must be eligible to work in the EU (EU passport).
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality technical and functional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Maintain excellence in the Customer Support Services sector by resolving complex inquiries quickly.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system for reporting and improvements.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize support workflows for German-speaking markets.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs and drive high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product developments and service policies to advise clients accurately.
• Foster relationships with partners and uphold a reputation of excellence in Bulgaria.
