Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a German Speaking Support Specialist to join our fast-paced Customer Support Services team in Sofia. You will provide high-quality technical and account support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat, representing major international brands with professionalism.

Native or fluent German is mandatory; EU work permit for Bulgaria is required. The role offers fully paid training, a relocation package, health insurance, and a monthly salary

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German is required (written and spoken).
• EU passport or valid work permit for Bulgaria is required.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer support.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and account support via phone, email, and live chat to German-speaking clients.
• Represent major international brands with professional and empathetic communication.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth support workflows and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate guidance.
• Meet and strive for performance metrics and KPIs.
