Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a German-speaking Player Support Specialist for our client in Bulgaria. You will provide professional, empathetic assistance to German-speaking players across email, chat, and social channels, while mastering game-related issues and account questions.

This on-site role in Sofia requires native German, strong English, and EU passport; relocation is provided, including flight, transfer and hotel.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong command of English for internal collaboration and reporting.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your move.
• Genuine passion for Gaming & Esports, with a solid understanding of current titles and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional and empathetic support to German-speaking players across email, chat, and social media.
• Troubleshoot technical game issues, account inquiries, and payment queries with deep product knowledge.
• Stay updated on the latest Gaming & Esports trends to provide relevant communications.
• Escalate critical bugs and complex issues to development teams to ensure seamless gameplay.
