You will deliver high-quality support via phone, email, and live chat, document interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with international colleagues to optimize processes for German-speaking markets.

The role requires native or fluent German, excellent communication, and willingness to relocate to Bulgaria. A competitive salary with a relocation package and signing bonus is offered.
