Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a German Speaking Player Support Specialist to join its Gaming & Esports team in Bulgaria. You will assist players via live chat, email and phone, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively to uphold brand standards.

Ideal candidates are fluent in German, enthusiastic about gaming, and capable of working in a fast-paced team. A fully paid relocation package to Bulgaria is offered along with onboarding and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• German native or fluent (spoken and written)

• Genuine passion for Gaming & Esports and player communities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to players in German via live chat, email, and phone
• Troubleshoot and resolve in-game issues, account problems, and technical difficulties
• Act as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive player experience in Gaming & Esports
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments for timely resolutions
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs to empower players and reduce support volume
• Gather player feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements for game features
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge for supported games and services
• Adhere to company policies and service level agreements
