Career Nest Academy is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international project in the Sports & Leisure E-Commerce sector. Based in Porto, Portugal, the role offers a hybrid work model with on-site support and a full-time schedule.

The position demands native or near-native German (C1/C2) and strong English skills for internal communication. You will handle inquiries via multiple channels, assist with orders and deliveries, and resolve issues with empathy.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German (C1/C2) required.
• English proficiency for internal team communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or e-commerce is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and digital channels with empathy.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, product inquiries, returns, and issue resolution.
• Address feedback, claims, and objections to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Navigate multiple CRM platforms and internal IT tools efficiently.
