The Career Nest is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist in Porto, Portugal. You will handle inbound queries via phone, email, and digital channels, assisting customers with orders, returns, and product inquiries while maintaining a high level of service.

You will work with CRM tools, collaborate with teams, and participate in a training program to ensure excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced, sports-focused brand environment.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German (C1/C2) mandatory.
• Good working level of English for internal communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; empathetic and customer-centric mindset.
• Solid computer literacy and familiarity with digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and digital channels with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, product inquiries, returns, and issue resolution.
• Address feedback, claims, and objections to ensure high customer satisfaction.
