You will handle inbound queries via phone, email, and digital channels with empathy, assist customers with orders, deliveries, and returns, and resolve issues.

Ideal candidates are native German speakers (C1/C2) with good English, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and digital channels with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, product inquiries, returns, and issue resolution.
• Address feedback, claims, and objections to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Navigate multiple CRM platforms and internal IT tools efficiently.
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude reflecting the brand spirit.
