Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Sales Development Representative fluent in German to drive inbound leads and qualify opportunities for Account Executives. You will upsell and cross-sell before handing deals to AEs, while maintaining a strong customer-focused brand presence.

The role requires a self-starter attitude, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a hybrid in-office schedule (Tuesdays to Thursdays in Lisbon). SaaS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• SaaS sales experience is a plus or internship acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Qualify high-value inbound leads for Account Executives.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads in the CRM.
• Upsell and cross-sell before passing opportunities to AEs.
• Represent Zendesk with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
• Collaborate in a multicultural European team to achieve targets.
