Career Nest Academy partners with a leading European CX/BPO to recruit a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a sports and leisure e-commerce brand in Porto.

Join a full-time, on-site/hybrid team to handle inquiries by phone, email, and back-office channels, assisting with orders, deliveries, returns, and issue resolution. The role emphasizes empathy, accuracy, and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German skills (C1/C2)
• Working English for internal team communication
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer focus
• Solid computer literacy and familiarity with digital platforms
• Customer service, hospitality, or e-commerce experience is a plus
• Portugal work authorization (EU citizenship or residency)
• No relocation; live around Porto

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and digital channels with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, product inquiries, returns, and issue resolution.
• Address feedback, claims, and objections to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Navigate multiple CRM platforms and internal IT tools efficiently.
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude reflecting the brand's spirit.
