Kats Recruitment in Porto, Portugal is seeking German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an on-site role. You'll be the main contact for German-speaking customers, assisting across channels and handling account and order inquiries in a multicultural office.

Qualificações

• Native German (C1/C2) written and spoken.
• English (B2+) for internal collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and active listening.
• Clear verbal communication and precise written grammar.
• Good digital literacy and ability to multitask across several software tools and tabs.
• Previous experience in customer support is helpful; motivated entry-level welcome.
• On-site availability in Porto with rotating shifts (Mon-Sun).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional, empathetic customer care in German via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with account configurations, order processing, delivery tracking, billing, and returns.
• Diagnose customer issues accurately and guide users toward clear, sustainable resolutions.
• Maintain high service quality, response accuracy, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
• Accurately log customer interactions, case notes, and outcomes in internal CRM databases.
• Identify recurring issues or usability challenges and communicate them to team leads.
• Collaborate with peers and specialized escalation units to resolve complex cases promptly.
