Job summary

Kats Recruitment services is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to work remotely within Portugal. You will be the primary contact for German-speaking users, assisting with product, account inquiries, and service updates from a home office setup.

Face-to-face interaction is replaced by digital channels; you will log cases, maintain CSAT, and collaborate with escalation teams to resolve complex issues while working a rotating schedule for coverage across weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in German (C1/C2).
• Good working proficiency in English (B2+).
• Customer-centric mindset with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in customer service or contact centers is a plus.
• Must reside in Portugal with valid local work eligibility (NIF) and social security.

Responsibilities

• Deliver German-speaking customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle account configurations, orders, billing inquiries, and service updates.
• Diagnose issues and guide users toward clear resolutions.
• Maintain high CSAT scores and fast response times.
• Log interactions and outcomes in CRM accurately.
• Identify recurring issues and report to team leads.
• Collaborate with escalation teams to resolve complex cases.
