Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal, seeks a German-speaking Customer Care Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers. The role is on-site, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, with relocation support available.

You will respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and email, keeping records accurate and escalating when needed. Fluency in German and English is required; EU work eligibility without sponsorship is required.

• Prior customer-facing experience is a plus.

A German-speaking Customer Care Specialist is needed for a team based in Porto, Portugal.

You'd be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out - the role rewards patience and clear communication.
