Job summary

Kats Recruitment seeks a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist for an on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the main contact for German-speaking customers, helping with accounts, orders, and inquiries across multiple channels.

You're expected to maintain CSAT, log cases in CRM, and collaborate with escalation teams to resolve complex issues. A friendly, patient approach and strong German/English language skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German language skills with strong written and spoken ability.
• Solid English for internal collaboration and tools use.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional German customer care via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist with account configurations, orders, delivery tracking, billing and returns.
• Diagnose issues and guide users toward clear resolutions.
• Maintain high CSAT scores and accurate logging of interactions.
• Log interactions and outcomes in CRM; identify recurring issues.
