Kats Recruitment is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a fully remote role based in Portugal. You will be the primary contact for German-speaking users, handling inquiries across channels and ensuring high CSAT from your home office.

This 100% remote, full-time position offers a 40-hour work week, rotating shifts, and a base salary with performance bonuses. A private health plan and meal allowance accompany per-user benefits.

Formación

• Native or near-native German, written and spoken.
• Good English (B2+) for internal tools and collaboration.
• Customer-focused with empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Clear verbal communication and professional written grammar.
• Comfortable using multiple digital apps and ticketing software.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly, professional customer assistance in German via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with account configurations, orders, billing inquiries, and service updates.
• Diagnose issues and guide users toward clear, sustainable resolutions.
• Maintain high service quality, response speed, and CSAT scores.
• Log customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with escalation units to resolve complex cases.
