Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to handle chat and email inquiries without phone calls, ensuring clear, friendly written communication.

You will follow SOPs, resolve issues, and meet SLAs while staying updated on product changes. Onsite team environment, relocation assistance, and meal allowance are provided to support your success.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency eligibility.
• At least 1 year in Customer Support or related role.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers through chat and email with accurate, professional, and empathetic responses.
• Follow SOPs to solve issues or escalate when needed.
• Meet performance targets and SLAs.
• Keep up with product changes and platform updates via training.
• Stay customer-focused with clear, simple solutions.
