The Career Nest in Porto, Portugal seeks a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist. You will handle inbound queries via phone, email, and digital channels, assist with orders, deliveries, and returns, and resolve issues with empathy.

A strong German proficiency (C1/C2) and working English are required, with vision for long-term growth. Onboarding is fully paid, with monthly attendance and reliability bonuses.

Formación

• Native or near-native German skills (C1/C2).
• Good communicative level of English for internal team communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication, empathetic and customer-centric mindset.
• Valid work authorization for Portugal (EU citizenship or valid residency).
• No relocation; candidate must live around Porto.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and digital channels with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, product inquiries, returns, and resolution.
• Address feedback, claims and objections to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Navigate multiple CRM platforms and internal IT tools.
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude reflecting the brand.
