The role is fully remote with preference for candidates in Portugal; you will handle German and English inquiries, support high-quality service and drive improvements in the customer journey.

Respond to inquiries by phone, chat and email, troubleshoot with automotive product knowledge, and keep CRM records up to date.

You will assist customers to build and improve the relationship between the company and its users, helping meet high targets for quality, efficiency and customer journey improvement.

Key points

• Location: Braga, Portugal
• Work model: Fully remote. Preference is given to candidates already residing in Portugal
• Languages: German and English
• Schedule: 24/7 operations, Monday to Sunday, on rotational shifts, with two rotating days off
• Compensation: Monthly gross salary paid over 14 months, plus a food allowance for each working day
• Relocation: Accommodation can be provided exceptionally, if necessary, for candidates relocating to Portugal
