Job summary

CloserHire is seeking German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an Automotive Digital Services project in Portugal. This is a full-time remote role with relocation support for candidates in Portugal.

You will respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and email, assist customers with automotive and digital product questions, and document interactions in CRM systems. You’ll work as part of an international team delivering an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (C1-C2) with good English skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, delivering professional and high-quality support.
• Assist customers with questions related to automotive and digital products, troubleshooting issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest offers, policies, and services to provide accurate and timely information.
