Job summary

Innopath Consulting Lda seeks a Customer Specialist to deliver high-quality support across phone, email, and chat for a car rental company. You will assist with orders, accounts, products, and services, ensuring timely, personalised care.

Fluency in French (C1/C2) and strong English (B2) are required, with EU citizenship or Portuguese residence. The role offers an onsite office in Portugal and relocation support for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Languages: Fluent French (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2).
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
• Respond to questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Listen to customers and identify the most appropriate solutions to their requests.
• Manage complaints and customer situations in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
• Guide customers through relevant procedures, platforms, products, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when additional support is required.
• Recognise recurring issues and share feedback to improve service.
