Cross Border Talents seeks a Customer Specialist for a Car Rental Project in Portugal. You will deliver professional support across reservations, vehicle information, rental agreements, and related services via phone, email, chat, and other channels.

Fluent French (C1/C2) and English (B2) are required, with EU citizenship or Portuguese residency. The role emphasizes accurate problem solving, customer satisfaction, and collaboration with rental locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to car reservations, vehicle availability, rental agreements, payments, pick-up and return procedures, and services.
• Provide clear and accurate information while following company policies, procedures, and established guidelines.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions efficiently and within the required timeframe.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally, escalating complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary.
• Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, extensions, and other rental-related requests.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments and rental locations to investigate and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with vehicle options, rental services, booking processes, company policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
