Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist for a Car Rental Project in Portugal. You will support customers across the rental journey, handling reservations, vehicle information, payments, and service requests via phone, email, and chat.

Fluency in French and English is required, with EU citizenship or Portuguese residency. At least 1 year in Customer Support is expected in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifications

• Language skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with reservations, vehicle information, rental agreements, payments, and pick-up/return details.
• Provide clear and accurate information while following company policies.
