Cbtalents is seeking a Customer Specialist to support customers across orders, accounts, products, and services. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other digital channels, delivering accurate, timely, and personalised assistance to ensure smooth customer journeys.

Ideal candidates communicate fluently in French and English, meet EU eligibility or Portuguese residency, and bring a proactive, organized, customer-oriented mindset.

Qualificações

• Languages: Fluent French (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2).
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and a practical approach to finding solutions.
• Profile: Customer-oriented, proactive, organised, detail-focused, and willing to learn.
• Interest: Motivation to develop professionally within the Travel industry.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital communication channels.
• Respond to customer questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Listen carefully to customers and identify the most appropriate solutions to their requests.
• Manage complaints and customer situations in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
• Guide customers through relevant procedures, platforms, products, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when additional support or investigation is required.
• Recognise recurring issues and share relevant feedback to contribute to service improvements.
• Keep your knowledge of products, services, procedures, and company policies up to date through training and continuous learning.
