Cross Border Talents in Portugal invites you to join as a Customer Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat, delivering timely, professional assistance and ensuring a smooth support experience.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 year in customer support, are fluent in French at C1/C2, and hold EU citizenship or Portuguese residency. The role offers growth in a fast-paced, collaborative setting with relocation support and onsite work.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) required.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.
• 0–1 year in customer support or related role.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide timely, professional assistance and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal support systems.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams per procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
• Meet KPIs related to service quality, productivity and satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with products, policies and training.
