Cbtalents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Specialist to support customers across orders, accounts, products and services, via phone, email, chat and other digital channels.

You will listen to needs, provide accurate, timely assistance, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.

Languages: Fluent French (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2); EU citizenship or Portuguese residence permit; relocation support offered.

• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital communication channels.
• Respond to customer questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Listen carefully to customers and identify the most appropriate solutions to their requests.
• Manage complaints and customer situations in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
• Guide customers through relevant procedures, platforms, products, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when additional support or investigation is required.
• Recognise recurring issues and share relevant feedback to contribute to service improvements.
• Keep your knowledge of products, services, procedures, and company policies up to date through training and continuous learning.
