Cbtalents is hiring a Customer Specialist for an international travel company in Porto. You will support customers via phone, email, chat, and other digital platforms, resolving inquiries about orders, accounts, products, and services with a friendly, professional approach.

You should be fluent in French and proficient in English, comfortable working in a multicultural environment, and keen to develop your skills in customer service and travel industry knowledge.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) required.
• English (B2) required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat and digital channels.
• Respond to questions about orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products and services.
• Listen carefully to customers and identify the most suitable solutions.
• Manage complaints professionally and provide timely resolutions.
• Guide customers through relevant procedures, platforms, products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when escalation is needed.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve service.
• Keep product knowledge up to date through training.
