Cbtalents is seeking a Customer Specialist to support international clients across orders, accounts, products, and services. You will assist via phone, email, chat and other channels, delivering accurate, timely, and personalised support tailored to each customer’s journey.

You will collaborate with internal teams, maintain clear records in systems, and continuously learn about our offerings. The role is based in an onsite Lisbon office with relocation support for eligible candidates.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) required.
• Good command of English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital communication channels.
• Respond to customer questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Listen carefully to customers and identify the most appropriate solutions to their requests.
• Manage complaints and customer situations in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
• Guide customers through relevant procedures, platforms, products, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when additional support or investigation is required.
• Recognise recurring issues and share relevant feedback to contribute to service improvements.
• Keep your knowledge of products, services, procedures, and company policies up to date through training and continuous learning.
